Bracing myself
Finally. I got them on. Monday was the big day for me to get my braces, and I’m FINALLY starting to get used to them. I haven’t got them on the bottom yet. Fortunantly, I only have to have them for a year, maybe less. I’m happy to have gotten them though. And now, I am bracing myself for camp meeting! Getting ready for all the fun this week will bring. I can’t wait. I’m a volunteer for the kids camp this year, so I’ll be helping out. It’s good to see little kids getting touched by God. I also get to see all my friends, including Shirley Buxton, and I get to meet Tena and her family! I’m excited about that. I think that camp meeting is one of the best times of the year….Church, Friends, Food, Fun…But since I will be gone basically all next week, I’m might write about my Yosemite National Park trip after that, but maybe before, if I have time. Hi Jen, When is your family leaving for Camp Meeting? Shirley left yesterday. I know you’ll have a good time.
We leave on Monday. Some people left eariler though…but Monday is when it really starts. I can’t wait!
So, “Railroad Rabbit” returns! Can’t wait to give you just as much of a hard time as we gave your mom when she had her braces. 🙂
